• Scroll through the pages to find the beads that are going to suit your project.
• Click on the add to cart button  next to the items you wish to order. For some items it is possible to order them in larger quantities to do this please click on the options drop-down button and select the required quantity.
• Once you have selected the items you require, click on the view cart button   which can be found at the bottom of each page.
• Postage has been kept as low as possible click here for more information.
• "None UK" customers will be charged the same postage charge as UK customers plus an additional service charge when you select your country from the drop down menu in the shopping cart.
• Payment will be by credit card via PayPal or a direct PayPal payment.
• Items will be dispatched within two working days, by second class recorded post.
• There is no VAT so the price you see is the price you pay.
• Miss Beady is not in a position to offer free samples however, should you wish to buy a sample please contact us to discuss the details. 
• Faulty or damaged items are highly unlikely but should they occur, will be replaced or refunded if reported within 7 days.
